I am wanting to enjoy a glass of wine to unwind after a long week. I do not want a very heavy flavor, something light and fruity will do. Do you suggest any?

I’ve got numerous recipes calling for a white wine but that is vague. I’d like to know a make or two that works great in a cheesy fondue. Thanks for the help! I’ve never done this before and need help on what kind of wine & how to marinade my turkey with wine. Thanks! Have a 40 bottle Jen Air Wine cooler with no manual but does have a tempurate control, just do not know what temp is proper to control white wines. Any input from any Wine Enthusiast? |
