What is a good wine that I can use to marinate steaks in? I would like to duplicate the recipe Charlie’s Steakhouse in Orlando uses. I am planning a candle light dinner and I am in search of the perfect wine for our evening alone? Any suggestions? When wine is not ready for use for numerous days in advance or if you have a lot of bottles, what is the best way to store it until ready and why. I hope that makes sense. Its mine and my husbands one year anniversary and I want it to be special and I thought it would be romantic to have wine with our dinner and I do not know what is the best kind to have for it. |
